Its here, its sick, its Swine Flu…. Wardie Burns has been running through the Scottish underground scene over the last few years and continues to come with his raw Scottish accent and hard lyrics that aren’t for the faint of heart. This release is surprisingly his first official Mixtape, although plenty material exists on other projects Swine Flu contains his work with Sons of Scotland member Drew Devine (Werd).

Wardie Burns is a member of Scottish rap trio ‘Twisted Methods’ along side Edinburgh emcees U-Turn and Stonez Tha Riddlah. Currently they have been rocking the microphone in local clubs creating a healthy buzz with their, well ‘Twisted’ style of rap.

Tracks vary on the Mixtape from laid back songs such as ‘Sweet Dreams’ featuring ‘Deeko’ from Edinburgh based Sons of Scotland to heavy, hard hitting tracks such as ‘Im Wardie’ and ‘Always Been A Problem’. Although Wardie’s rhyme style is a raw violent flow, he still finds plenty humor to fit in his rhymes with comical tracks such as ‘Rap-Man’ and ‘Never Get A Deal’. This Mixtape also features Werd, Ivory and Wardie’s group Twisted Methods.
